Our commitment
We want every pilgrim and family member to be able to explore our packages, read our guides and contact us with ease, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, and we review the site as we add new pages and features.
What we do
- Design with sufficient color contrast and readable text sizes
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Use clear headings and plain language
- Label form fields and explain errors clearly
- Respect reduced-motion preferences
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this website is difficult to use, please let us know through our Contact page. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will do our best to fix it and to give you the information you need in another way in the meantime.
Accessible travel
Accessibility matters on the journey too. If you or someone traveling with you uses a wheelchair, has limited mobility, or has other access needs, tell your specialist when you inquire so we can plan hotels, transfers and pacing around them. Read our hotel proximity guide for more.
